An amazing addition to any beef dish, it can be added to casseroles, rissoles, and soups. But it is as a beef rub that this mix comes into its own. Rub into meat prior to grilling, frying or barbecuing and, for best results, allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before cooking.
Ingredients: Dried garlic, black pepper, Australian sea salt, chives, onion powder, paprika, parsley, lemon zest, celery and rosemary.
